I have some cool pictures for wallpaper, but their sizes do not fit. In this app I can rotate or rescale the picture to highlight the best part in the pic. I can preview the lock screen mode and the home screen mode to know if it needs more editing. I like this app.

It is a good wallpaper app. I like to look for some nice pictures to set as my wallpaper. But sometimes it seems not good when it is set as a wallpaper. So this app can help me to adjust the picture and make it suitable for my device.
This app has saved my head from extreme agitation! I just update to iOs 7 and I could not regret it more. but , this app has changed that. It fixed my wallpaper problem indefinitely
